Does Frogfile have a paper catalogue? |

As part of our commitment to sustainability, our company does not publish a paper catalogue listing the green products we carry. We do offer a paper catalogue containing 16,000 conventional office products, but very few of our green products are included. Call (604) 669-5949 for a copy.
Why? Frogfile started with an exclusive online catalogue of best-of-class green products. We intentionally decided to go paperless as part of our environmental mandate. In 2007, we introduced a catalogue of conventional (a.k.a. not green) products to fill in the gaps in our green catalogue. In 2009, we merged the green and conventional catalogues online for customer convenience. Our green catalogue remains exclusively online. |

How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account with Frogfile is easy. Simply click on "Login" in the shopping cart area on the top right hand corner of any page. Click on "register here" and fill in the information fields requested. Once you send in the account information a Frogfile customer service representative will contact you the same business day to confirm the information and to complete your registration. No credit checks are required. You can use your account the same business day.

Frogfile delivers Next Business Day in the GVRD (Vancouver Area) and ships orders anywhere in Canada. We offer free delivery to central locations within Metro Vancouver with no minimum order. Check here to find out if your postal code lies within our free-delivery area. Set delivery charges apply to the rest of the Lower Mainland. Shipping charges on orders to other areas in Canada are calculated based on size, weight and distance. |

Can I return something if I don't want it?

Yes. Frogfile offers a complete refund guarantee on all products returned within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in resaleable condition with original packaging. To return a product, please download and complete a Return Authorization Form. Then call us at (604) 669-5949 and we’ll pick it up on the next scheduled delivery date. No refunds on printing and special orders.

Our goal is to encourage the entire office-supply industry to embrace sustainability. We work with manufacturers to help them create greener products, and we do our best to source the most responsible products available. However, in some product categories, few if any green options exist. In those cases, we try to provide an option from a company that we know is working to green its operations or otherwise working toward a more responsible future. |
