Every product has a life cycle from the creation of the product using raw materials, through to its consumption and disposal. Most products are made from virgin materials and simply disposed of in landfill at the end of their useful life (and often before!). North Americans create more waste than any other people on earth and few think about the impact this has on our environment. 

Sourcing products

Sourcing products responsibly means understanding the full life cycle of the product from creation to disposal and (hopefully) is reincarnation as a new product. Knowing what to look for is not always easy. So, Frogfile put together the Six Factors in Sourcing Sustainable Products. These six factors based on the "cradle-to-cradle" framework provide a roadmap for selecting products on their environmental merits.

Frogfile is committed to closing the loop on the life cycle of our products. We are committed to sourcing products made from reused materials. We also make every effort to provide you with responsible ways to dispose of each product when you are finished using it. That ensures that the materials go back into making new products rather than ending up in landfill.  If you need to dispose of one of our products, just call us and we'll tell you how or we'll pick it up.
